Support our work
We are currently fundraising to support vulnerable young teenage mothers through the remarkable work of the Aberdeen Women’s Centre (AWC) in Freetown, Sierra Leone. Since the Ebola crisis of 2014, there has been a significant rise in the number of young girls presenting to the AWC and in need of critical maternal care.
DREAM TEAM is specifically designed to empower and educate vulnerable young mothers and their children. The Clinic’s multidisciplinary team facilitates the program and encourages a holistic approach to care. This includes midwives, nurses, counsellor and a welfare officer.
How to Donate
Tax deductible donations using credit card payment can be made here. Funds donated via this link will be processed via our partnership agreement with indigo foundation. You will automatically receive a tax receipt from indigo foundation for the Aminata Maternal Foundation via Givenow. (Givenow charges only a small credit card processing fee for this service.)
Direct Deposit and email
Download a Supporter’s Form and scan and email it to Marijke Conrade, Treasurer Aminata Maternal Foundation. Please contact our Treasurer, Marijke on firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a payment by direct debit or by phone 0411 721 808. We will contact you as soon as possible to organise the payment by direct deposit and send you a receipt by mail or email.
