Aminata shared her deeply personal journey—from surviving war and displacement to building the Aminata Maternal Foundation—and the challenges she has overcome in leading an organisation grounded in joy, purpose, and advocacy. She also reflected on how staying true to her culture and identity has been central to her leadership and the Foundation’s impact.
Black Wealth Connect is an Australian-based platform dedicated to empowering people of the African diaspora through financial literacy, leadership, education, creative expression, and the celebration of Black excellence. Its annual summits, including the dedicated Women’s Summit, are designed to uplift voices, build community, and support meaningful transformation.
